    All orders are processed within four (4) business days after placing the order. Shipping times will vary based on your proximity from our factory in Vancouver, BC, Canada. 

    Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    We process one(1) recipe at a time for precision and consistency.
    EXTREMELY EASY TO PREPARE
    1. Open and remove oxygen absorber
    2. pour at least the specified amount of boiling hot water.
      (yes you have to use boiling water)
    3. stir well and seal, make sure!
    4. Let stand for at least 15 minutes.
      Stir well and enjoy.

      (elevation gain will increase cooking duration).
